Commercial Kitchen
Our fully equipped commercial kitchen is designed to support everything from camp-style meals to catered events. When the counter window is open, the kitchen flows seamlessly into the Historic YCC Lodge, making serving easy and efficient. The kitchen features two ovens, a full stovetop with griddle, a dishwashing station, and a walk-in refrigerator. A standing warmer, ice machine, coffee machine, and hot water kettle are also available. Camp-style plates and trays, as well as finer dishware, are provided, with all dishware and cutlery included in the kitchen rental. Please note that consumable items are not included with any rental.
