Erin started volunteering at the Discovery Center in 2022 and was hired to the staff in 2025. She earned AAS and BS degrees while living in Omaha, Nebraska and gained technical and financial record keeping experience in a variety of industries including specialty veterinary surgery and direct support social work. She also ran her own small business for over seven years. In her free time, Erin enjoys paddling, hiking, playing and making art with her husband and two young kids.
