Hi! I’m Erica Dischinger.  I have been living in Manitowish Waters since 2017 with my husband Cliff, stepdaughter Brandy, age 16, and two sons, Bearett age 5 and Hawken age 3.  I recently became the Assistant Director/Lead Preschool Teacher at Little Forest School.  Before that, I was the Children’s Librarian at Minocqua Public Library for 7 years.  My passion lies in planning and implementing children’s programs.  I also enjoy attending local events and activities with my sons and we are regular at NLDC story walks, nature programs, the nature nook and playscape.  We also use the NLDC grounds for fishing, swimming and hiking.  Other hobbies we like to do together include camping and canoeing, particularly at the BWCA, but really anywhere in the Northwoods.  I truly cherish the NLDC and have made many special memories there.  I would love to be a part of shaping its future as well.
